All
orders will be shipped the same day, if at all possible. Calling earlier will
assure best shipping service. Orders will normally be shipped UPS Ground service,
unless specified otherwise. Foreign orders must be credit card or prepaid (including
freight) in U.S. funds.
If any parts are back ordered, they will be noted on the invoice/packing slip. Unless otherwise noted, we will ship the back ordered parts as soon as they are available.
Orders over $300 must be paid by credit card or prepaid. Orders under $300 can be shipped COD, cashier's check or money order.
Distributors can pay by credit card or apply for open account or COD (company check O.K.)
Open accounts will be billed on the working day closest to the 15th and the 30th of each month. Payments are due 15 days later. Any open account that has not been paid within 20 days will be charged interest at 1.5 percent monthly (18 percent annually). Accounts not paid by the 25th day will go on COD. All open accounts have an approved credit limit (which is monitored), and COD delivery will be necessary for accounts that go over this limit.
An account will be charged a $20.00 service charge for a returned check; then the account will revert back to - and remain on - a cash COD basis.
Shipping errors must be reported to Dedenbear Products, Inc. within 48 hours of the receipt of merchandise. Shortages will be filled immediately; overages must be returned within the next 5 working days.
All Dedenbear products in this catalog are designed for off-road competition use and are not intended to be used on public roadways. Dedenbear components are not legal for sale or use on emission controlled motor vehicles.
If you receive a part and later decide you do not want it, Dedenbear Products, Inc., will only accept returns subject to the following conditions: The product(s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping packages. Returned products must be current production items. Earlier versions of a particular model product cannot be returned. There is a 20 percent restock fee for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refunded. Before returning a part, you must call Dedenbear Products, Inc. You will be given an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping box. A copy of the original sales invoice must be included in the box with the returned product.)
Should you receive damaged goods, notify Dedenbear Products immediately. Keep the packaging and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier. Dedenbear will replace any pieces damaged in shipment.

Include your shipping address and daytime phone. A detailed note should be included describing the problem and the date that you need the unit back. Repair charges will be made on a time and labor basis. Repairs will be returned to you COD or charged to your credit card, using the same shipping method used for incoming shipping. Warranty repairs will follow the same procedure as listed above, except that a copy of the original sales invoice must be included. If the repair is a legitimate warranty repair, the unit will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.
Dedenbear Products, Inc., equipment is warranted against defective materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year after purchase. Dedenbear Products, Inc., will repair or replace the defective unit at the option of Dedenbear Products, Inc., free of charge.
DEDENBEAR PRODUCTS, INC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER TYPE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, OTHER THAN THE LIABILITY STATED ABOVE. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability of fitness for use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
WARRANTY FOR FOUR WHEEL DRIVE "OFF ROAD PRODUCTS"
"Off Road Products" sold by Dedenbear Products, Inc.are intended to be used for "off road" and "off highway" use only, and are NOT designed, manufactured or approved for use on any public road or highway. Due to the intended use of the products offered, all "Off Road Products" are sold without any warranties of fitness for purpose or use, merchantability, or any other kind, either express or implied, whether written or oral, by Dedenbear Products, Inc., or its past, present or future officers, directors, principals, agents, employees, legal representatives, trustees, parents, associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, partners, heirs, executors, administrators, purchasers, predecessors, or successors. The buyer of these "Off Road Products" bears and assumes the entire risk of loss or injury as to the fitness for purpose or use, merchantability, durability and performance of these "Off Road Products," and assumes the entire cost of any necessary maintenance, service or repair. Dedenbear Products, Inc. will not be liable for any subsequent, resulting or consequential damages, expenses, losses or injuries arising from or out of the use, misuse, or improper installation of any "Off Road Products."
