ORDERING

  • Dedenbear Products, Inc., is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • All orders will be shipped the same day, if at all possible. Calling earlier will assure best shipping service.
  • Orders will normally be shipped UPS Blue Label (two day) service, unless specified otherwise.
  • Foreign orders must be prepaid (including freight) in U.S. funds.

BACK ORDERS

  • If any parts are back ordered, they will be noted on the invoice/packing slip.
  • Unless otherwise noted, we will ship the back ordered parts as soon as they are available.

PAYMENTS

  • Unless orders are purchased with a credit card, shipments will be sent COD (Collect On Delivery), requiring payments by money order or certified check only.
  • Distributors not on open account can apply to have company checks accepted for COD orders.

AMEX . MC . VISA . DISC . COD TERMS

  • Open accounts will be billed on the working day closest to the 15th and the 30th of each month.
  • Payments are due 15 days later. Any open account that has not been paid within 20 days will be charged interest at 1.5 percent monthly (18 percent annually).
  • Accounts not paid by the 25th day will go on COD.
  • All open accounts have an approved credit limit (which is monitored), and COD delivery will be necessary for accounts that go over this limit.

CHECK POLICY

  • An account will be charged a $20.00 service charge for a returned check; then the account will revert back to - and remain on - a cash COD basis.

DROP SHIPMENTS

  • We do not make drop shipments.

REFUSAL

  • Refusals will be charged a $20.00 handling charge.

SHORTAGES AND OVERAGES

  • Shipping errors must be reported to Dedenbear Products, Inc., within 48 hours of the receipt of merchandise.
  • Shortages will be filled immediately; overages must be returned within the next 5 working days.

If you receive a part and later decide you do not want it, Dedenbear Products, Inc., will only accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • The product(s) must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the shipping package.
  • Returned products must be current production items. Earlier versions of a particular model product cannot be returned.
  • There is a 20 percent restock fee for all returned parts. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • BEFORE RETURNING A PART, YOU MUST CALL DEDENBEAR PRODUCTS, INC. You will be given an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number, which you must write on the outside of the shipping box. A copy of the original sales invoice must be included in the box with the returned product.

DAMAGED FREIGHT CLAIMS

  • Should you receive damaged goods, notify Dedenbear Products immediately.
  • Keep the packaging and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.
  • Dedenbear will replace any pieces damaged in shipment.

Dedenbear Products, Inc, equipment is warranted against defective materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year after purchase. Dedenbear Products, Inc., will repair or replace the defective unit, at the option of Dedenbear Products, Inc., free of charge.
  • DEDENBEAR PRODUCTS, INC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER TYPE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, OTHER THAN THE LIABILITY STATED ABOVE.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability of fitness for use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
