Our PG8 pulse generator is designed to allow magneto equipped cars to use Dedenbear's rpm activated switch, the RPM2. If your magneto distributor base has a mechanical tach drive on it, you simply attach the PG8 to the distributor and wire it to the RPM2. You are now able to control any rpm activated device such as an air shifter or electric shifter - without having to buy a specialized and expensive magneto rpm switch.
